Knoll Brno Tubular Chair

This is an original Knollstudio piece.
A simple profile clean lines and meticulous attention to detail have made Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's 1930 Brno chair an icon of 20th-century design.
Knoll have re-modelled the interior structure of the seat and back pads. The result is the beautiful chair that has been produced for over 50 years but with dramatically increased comfort.
Each piece is stamped with the Knoll studio logo and Mies signature so you are sure to be buying a true licensed piece - not a fake.
Frame: Tubular pre-stressed, pre-buffed polished or satin chrome. Seat and back are molded polyurethane foam on belted metal frame.
Upholstery: Elastic belts with different performances molded in polyurethane foam over a metal frame.
Glides: Opaque plastic glides shipped with each chair for optional on-site insertion to use on hard floors.
Available with or without hand-made leather armpads.
The Brno chair comes in both tubular and a flat bar version.
Dimensions: Height: 79cm (Seat height: 44.5cm) x Width: 55cm x Depth: 63cm.
