Materials: Brushed stainless steel exterior and interior with aluminium centre

Suitable for all hob types including induction, which is unusual as often oven pans are not suitable for use for use on induction hobs and so you can cook your roast and then make your gravy using the pan on your induction hob. As it is triple layered it is great for cooking with and very easy to look after.

Please make sure that you check your oven size as the large version is very wide and fits most standard ovens and Agas, but does not usually work with range cookers as these are often not so deep internally.
