Knoll Wassily Lounge Chair
This is an original Knollstudio piece and has the Knollstudio logo and Marcel Breuer's signature stamped on each piece.
Marcel Breuer was an apprentice at the Bauhaus in 1925 when he conceived the first tubular steel chair. Named for his contemporary Wassily Kandinsky the tubular frame was inspired by a bicycle.
The frame is made of tubular steel with a polished chrome finish. The upholstery is available in 3 colours of cowhide 15 colours of Belting leather and 8 colours of Haired Hide.
