Audo Copenhagen Hashira Lighting Collection
The Hashira Lighting Collection is designed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen, taking its cues from the cylindrical form of the Japanese paper lantern and the architectural column — hashira — found in traditional Japanese interiors. The result is a family of lights that is both quietly distinctive and remarkably versatile: the same linen shade, the same soft diffused glow, the same considered proportions, expressed across eight different formats.
The collection includes pendant lights in single and cluster configurations, a linear pendant for dining tables, a floor lamp, a table lamp, a wall light, a ceiling light, and a cordless portable lamp — each sharing the same translucent linen shade that diffuses light gently in all directions to create a warm, glare-free atmosphere. The linen weave varies slightly between pieces, giving each lamp a subtly individual quality of light.
