    A Long, Low Surface on Tubular Steel

    The Laccio Low Rectangular Coffee Table sets a slim rectangular top above a continuous tubular steel frame. Marcel Breuer’s use of steel tubing gives the base a clear, open outline, leaving space beneath the top rather than enclosing it with solid sides.

    At 136cm wide, 48cm deep and 34cm high, this is the longer, lower table in the Laccio pair. Place it in front of a sofa as a surface for books and drinks, or combine it with the smaller, taller Laccio table for an overlapping arrangement. Its narrow depth makes it worth considering where a deeper coffee table would restrict the space between seating.

    Black, white and red laminate tops offer a smooth surface and a block of colour, while marble introduces natural variation in veining. Choose polished chrome for a reflective frame or an ultra-matte painted finish in onyx, white or dark red for a different emphasis on the tubular structure.
