A Sculptural Centre for Open-Air Dining

A single pedestal gives Eero Saarinen's oval table its distinctive sense of balance, leaving the space beneath the top open rather than divided by corner legs. The elongated surface brings that sculptural form to outdoor dining, with room for meals and conversation around a terrace or garden table.

This 198cm version pairs a white acrylic stone top with a black or white cast aluminium base. Acrylic stone is the outdoor-suitable top in the Saarinen collection, rather than the laminate, veneer or marble finishes offered on the indoor tables. Its solid-surface composition combines aluminium hydroxide, acrylic resin and natural pigments.
