An Embracing Silhouette in Coordinated Colour
The CH445 Wing Chair brings together the sculptural presence and considered comfort that define Hans J. Wegner's work. Its high back curves around the sitter, while generous upholstery and sloping armrests support a relaxed posture. Carefully shaped surfaces accommodate different seated positions, whether you are reading, talking or simply taking time to unwind.
This special edition gives the familiar silhouette a softer expression by pairing Gabriel UMI upholstery with a painted frame in a coordinated colour. The close relationship between fabric and frame lets the shape take centre stage, with three combinations ranging from Clay White to Pebble Brown and Deep Burgundy.
Special Price
As well as the special finished, these stunning editions come at a very special price, less than half the price of the equivalent pieces upholstered in Group 10 fabric. Woven in virgin wool, Gabriel's UMI is soft, natural and wonderfully tactile. It’s upholstery to be enjoyed up close, inviting you to settle in and get comfortable.
Craftsmanship & Finish
Beneath the upholstery, a solid internal wood structure provides strength and stability. The slender painted frame supports the chair's reclining stance without adding visual weight. Gabriel UMI is woven from 100% wool with a rich, voluminous diagonal twill, lending texture and softness to the broad upholstered surfaces.
