Manufacturer: Fantin
Designer: Salvatore Indriolo, 2018
The Fantin Frame Outdoor Kitchen Unit with Sink & Tap (128cm, 2 Door) is a modular outdoor kitchen built entirely from AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel — the same grade used in demanding coastal and saltwater environments. Designed by Salvatore Indriolo and winner of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2018 (Kitchen category), Frame combines a rigorously minimal aesthetic with exceptional material quality and practical versatility.
Fantin has been working with metal since 1968, with the entire production cycle carried out in-house at their factory in Italy. The Frame range — covering modular kitchens, storage units, workbenches and tables — is built around a 35 × 35mm square tube frame with ultra-thin tops, available in over 60 powder-coat colours from subtle neutrals to bold, high-impact tones.
Frame: 35 × 35mm square tubes in AISI 316 stainless steel. Concealed adjustable feet.

AISI 316 stainless steel provides superior resistance in particularly aggressive outdoor environments, including coastal and high-salinity settings. The price includes an integrated 400 × 400 × 200mm sink and a tap with pull-out hose. Satin tops are supplied with a Satin-finished tap and sink; Vintage tops with a Vintage-finished sink and tap.
Doors: Inset in frame, bent sheet AISI 316 stainless steel, 2mm thick. Powder-coated metal handles. Soft-close stainless steel hinges. 95° opening.
Sides & Bases: Inset in frame, bent sheet stainless steel.
Dimensions: 1275mm (L) × 670mm (D) × 890-893-896-902 mm (H) (dependent on top)
Assembly: Supplied ready assembled; tops fitted separately.
Care: Store under shelter and protect from direct exposure. A protective cover is included with kitchen configurations and available as an optional accessory for workbenches. Clean regularly with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Please note that stainless steel scratches easily and will patinate over time — scratches are initially most visible on the Satin finish. Full Barazza care instructions available here.
For stubborn marks, use a small amount of non-abrasive detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, acetone, ammonia, and alcohol. During winter, store in a dry, enclosed space or clean and dry regularly to prevent condensation.
Frame Kitchen won the Archiproducts Design Awards 2018 in the Kitchen category, selected by an international jury for its concept, aesthetics, functionality and operation.
