    This is an original licensed Knoll piece.

    Marcel Breuer married traditional craftsmanship with industrial methods and materials to help make tubular steel furniture an international sensation and a modern institution. The cantilevered form exploits the possibilities unique to the material and gives the chair added flexibility and comfort. The iconic seat features woven cane inserts and a beech frame.

    Dimensions: Width: 46cm x Depth: 58cm x Height: 80cm (Seat Height: 46cm)

    Materials: Hardwood beech seat/back frames with natural clear lacquer or matte ebonised finish. Machine woven cane inserts.

    Frame: 25mm diameter round steel tube with chrome-plated finish or epoxy paint in onyx, white and dark red ultra matte.

    Glides: Opaque plastic glides shipped with each chair for optional on-site insertion to use on hard floors.

    Note: in the red and black structure the screws are burnished and the glides are black. In the white structure the screws are galvanized and the glides are white.

    The KnollStudio logo and the signature of Marcel Breuer are stamped into the base of every Cesca chair.
