Manufacturer: Skagerak by Fritz Hansen | Designer: Bernt Santesson

A Chair with Enduring Character

The Drachmann Outdoor Dining Chair draws its quiet appeal from the garden of Danish romantic poet and painter Holger Drachmann, a careful balance of Nordic nostalgia and modern simplicity that has made the series one of Skagerak’s most enduring. Designed by Bernt Santesson in 1982, it is as comfortable on a garden terrace as at an indoor dining table. A matching cushion is available to add extra comfort.

Crafted from 100% FSC-certified solid teak, the surface develops a natural silver-grey patina over time, or can be oiled to preserve its original honey tone.

Specifications

  • Dimensions: W73 × D58 × H86cm (seat height 44cm)
  • Material: Untreated solid teak, 100% FSC-certified
  • Requires assembly: Yes
