A Continuous Line of Woven Comfort

The PK4 lounge chair combines an open steel frame with a single length of flag halyard wound around the seat and back. Designed by Poul Kjærholm in 1952, its reclined profile and visible construction give the chair a relaxed character without adding an upholstered shell.

The stainless-steel frame is formed from four tubes and three rods welded together. Around it, hand-wound halyard uses a linen casing over a nylon core. Choose black powder-coated stainless steel with natural halyard, brushed stainless steel with natural halyard, or brushed stainless steel with black halyard.

An optional seat cushion is available in natural canvas, black canvas or black Grace leather. Cushions are not sold separately. Contact us for more information about ordering a chair with a cushion.
