Carl Hansen CH445, CH446, CH468 Special Editions
Comfortable Hans J. Wegner classics - a very special price - exclusively available in the uk at innes
Settle into something special. These exclusive editions brings together Hans J. Wegner’s CH445 Wing Chair, CH468 Oculus Chair and CH446 Footrest for Carl Hansen & Søn, pairing Gabriel UMI upholstery with coordinated frames in Deep Burgundy, Pebble Brown and Clay White.
Woven in virgin wool, Gabriel's UMI is soft, natural and wonderfully tactile. Its generous diagonal twill gives the fabric depth and texture, bringing a relaxed warmth to these sculptural chairs. It’s upholstery to be enjoyed up close, inviting you to settle in and get comfortable.
Both chairs are wonderfully comfortable, whether you prefer the sculptural shape of the Wing Chair or the enveloping feel of the Oculus. Add the matching footrest and you have a welcoming spot to put your feet up, enjoy a book or simply take a moment for yourself. Each piece is sold separately, so you can match your colours or choose a combination that feels right for your home.
These editions come at a very special price, less than half the price of the equivalent pieces upholstered in Group 10 fabric. They are available in the UK exclusively through Innes. No other UK retailer can sell these special editions.
Available to order until 31 December 2026.
CH445 SPECIAL EDITION
The CH445 Wing Chair brings together the sculptural presence and considered comfort that define Hans J. Wegner's work. Its high back curves around the sitter, while generous upholstery and sloping armrests support a relaxed posture. Carefully shaped surfaces accommodate different seated positions, whether you are reading, talking or simply taking time to unwind.
This special edition gives the familiar silhouette a softer expression by pairing Gabriel UMI upholstery with a painted frame in a coordinated colour. The close relationship between fabric and frame lets the shape take centre stage, with three combinations ranging from Clay White to Pebble Brown and Deep Burgundy.
CH468 SPECIAL EDITION
Hans J. Wegner's CH468 Oculus Chair combines a generous upholstered body with an open, eye-shaped detail in the back. Its carefully shaped surfaces support the neck and shoulders while allowing you to settle into different seated positions. Soft curves and sloping armrests give the chair an inviting presence, equally suited to reading or taking time to unwind.
This special edition pairs Gabriel UMI wool upholstery with a painted frame in a coordinated colour, giving the sculptural form a softer, cohesive expression. Choose Clay White, Pebble Brown or Deep Burgundy, each paired with matching UMI fabric.
