Louis Poulsen at 3 Days of Design, Copenhagen 2025

Louis Poulsen had also refurbished their stunning showroom, located at the old Cannon factory in the Kuglegårdsvej district of the city.
The setting is beautiful and now the showroom shows collections arranged by each prominent designer rather than by floor lamps, table lamps etc. We saw a pre-view of some pendant and desk lights by designer Juhl Finn, a first for Louis Poulsen and we are sure will be very popular when they are launched.
We also saw some new colour versions of the stunning Artichoke pendant as well as some other new versions of the some Poul Henningsen classics.
New portable versions of the Panton Panthella table lamps were also on display. These are the larger 250mm size which will come in many colours and at a significant price reduction. The 320mm size will now be available in just 2 colours and also at a significant saving on the historic model. Savings on new LED technology are being passed down to you the end customer.
We saw the beautiful PH special edition lamp for 2025. This will be available later in the year and will be a PH 3/2 Dusty Terracotta Table Lamp Limited Edition 2025. This will be available to buy from September until the end of 2025. Sitting alongside this were the gorgeous Aged Brass PH pendant and x2 table lamps. These lamps are in stock and able to order now.
There was a new table and floor version of VL Ring Crown lights. These new versions were not designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen, but have been created in house to complement his popular pendant lights. Lauritzen commented that his lamps: " .. should be easy to clean, not gather dust at the base, not shatter with the first knock, offer simple bulb replacement, minimise glare (without adjustments) and be available for downward as well as evenly distributed light, as needed. And it should look nice."
Outside was a stunning work of art - Circle Dome Square — a surreal textile installation by artist Henrik Vibskov and inspired by Verner Panton. A combination of shapes and colours into a larger structure and using the textiles to create a design reminiscent of old-school cameras. Henrik's father was also a photographer and the creation really appealed to us, due to our photographic pedigree.
